Jacob Winkels joined MBSA in 2012. He is currently managing director and actuarial analyst in the Fargo office, with various oversight roles within the BOLI administration department. He is experienced in designing and implementing financial reporting processes for both current and new administrative assignments, including back-up values and reconciliation prototyping.
Jacob maintains a number of actuarial analyses and studies including benefit liability analyses, program sizing analyses, mortality study, Cost of Insurance study and GA yields vs insurer returns study.
Jacob has completed five preliminary exams on the track to become an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
