Matt joined MBSA in 2021 as an Executive Benefits and BOLI Advisor.
Over the last 25 years, Matt has worked with hundreds of Financial Institutions to design, approve, implement, and administer Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) policies and Supplemental Executive and Director Compensation Plans.
His extensive experience in non-qualified plan design helps drive innovative and effective strategies that balance the objectives of key executives, and shareholders. His broad knowledge of BOLI helps the team at MBSA design and implement efficient life insurance asset portfolios and provide best-in-class governance for our clients.
Prior to joining MBSA, Matt founded Self Financial Group, LLC as a provider of executive compensation and BOLI consulting services to financial institutions.
